All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During new product drops, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

If your order qualifies for free UK delivery, this will be applied automatically at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship to selected countries worldwide using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times are typically 7–14 business days, although this may vary depending on your destination and local customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@needleandeagle.co.uk.

We'll work with the courier to investigate the issue and do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
