Refund policy
Cancelling Your Order
You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed, as your item may already be in production. If production has started or the item has shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Returns – Non-Personalised Items
If your item is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure the item is:
- Unworn and in its original, resaleable condition
- Carefully repackaged

Be sure to include the completed returns form (see below), and we strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Important: If the item is faulty, please contact us first before disposing of it or returning it, as this could affect your eligibility for a refund.
Personalised Items
All personalised apparel is non-cancellable and non-refundable, due to its bespoke nature. Please double-check all details (including spelling) before placing your order, as we’re unable to accept returns on these items unless they are faulty.
